We are thrilled to welcome LCol (Ret’d) Maryse Carmichael as this year’s keynote speaker. A trailblazing Canadian aviator, Maryse made history as the first woman to fly with the Snowbirds and later served as the team’s Commanding Officer. Over her 22-year career with the Canadian Armed Forces, she accumulated nearly 3,500 flight hours, instructed future pilots, and held key operational leadership roles across the country.
An inductee of Canada’s Aviation Hall of Fame and recipient of numerous national awards, Maryse brings an inspiring story of leadership, perseverance, and breaking barriers. She now serves as the City Manager for Moose Jaw while raising her two daughters.
We look forward to hearing her remarkable insights and experiences.
